(Al-Hujurath) 49 : 9

And if two groups among the believers are fighting, then you make reconciliation between both of them; then if one of them outrages upon others, then you fight the one who outrages until it comes into the Command of Allah; thus if it comes, then you make reconciliation between both of them with Justice, and you do justice; indeed, Allah loves those who judge with Justice.

As explained in verses 3: 7-10, thirty years after the departure of Messenger Muhammad, the people of Messenger Muhammad became three groups. From among them, the Ledger of Fujjar including the Fajir and Kafir are in the Sijjeen of Hell as explained in verse 83: 7. As explained in verse 48: 6, the hypocritical men and hypocritical women as well as Mushrik men and Mushrik women who are having an evil concept about Allah and who have evil consequences—the wrath and curse of Allah are affected upon them, and for them Hellfire is kept prepared. Those who don’t judge with Adhikr in individual, family, and social life—such are the disbelievers, wrongdoers, and transgressors as told in verses 5: 44, 45, and 47 respectively. Only one in a thousand believers who will go to Paradise only judges with Adhikr, utilizing It as the Balance from here itself. In this era where there is no group of believers anywhere in the world, the mode of prayer and way of life of the odd believer are explained in verses 7: 205-206. See explanation 4: 135; 5: 42; and 17: 35.
